ㅋㅋㅋ 1727 1702/3 Ceneral Owen Wynne was appointed Council in the Army , and in 1708/9 Major General . 1715 He raised the 9th . Dragoons & as placed on His Majesty's Staff in Ireland . 1715 to 1727 General Owen Wynne . 1736 Ceneral Owen Wynne was the third son of " Owen Wynne " who was descended from an old Welsh family and who settled in Ireland about 1668 . He was appointed Lt. Ceneral & one of His Majesty's most Honble . Privy Council , & the following year he was commander in Chief of His Majesty's forces in Ireland . He represented the Borough of Ballyshannon & from that to when he died he represented the County of Sligo . He was appointed Covernor of Londonderry & Culmore Fort . General Sir A.
