The Cup for this sporting evont has in former years been subscribed for by rosidents in Guzerat and Bombay , and the sum of i 1000 / - to buy this Cup , given to the Winner annually . ' Ag it has become yearly more difficult to secure this sum , it is proposed to raise a fund , to which is 4000 / - ( The Tully Fund ) will be added , and with the interest to endow a Cup , which will be presented to the Winner annually . This Fund will be invested in the names of trustees . Subscriptions to be sent to Liout . Col. James S. Forbes at Telephono Buildings , Bombay , by whom they will be gratefully acknowlodgod .
