COLVIN , Commanding 6th Reserve Cavalry Regiment . GENERAL THE HON . O. V. LUMLEY OUT WITH THE TEDWORTH The Tedworth , whose country lies in Wilts and Hants , met at Tidworth to finish the season . The Tedworth country is almost all downs , with very few unavoidable " leps , ' and the hunt was started in 1826 by Mr. Assheton Smith . In the above picture General the Hon . O. V.
