THE DRAGOON GUARDS AND DRAGOONS . Our Cavalry Force contains seven Regiments of Dragoon Guards and three of Dragoons . Their uniforms are very similar , but the helmets of the former are of brass , those of the latter of white metal . The 2nd Dragoons , or Scots Greys , however , wear a bearskin cap in lieu of the helmet , and the 6th Dragoon Guards , or Carabiniers , wear blue uniforms . 146 912L : 2440/2 |
