(Prince of wales’s) Association have
pleasure in presenting their Report for
the year ended 31st December. I984.

Cases
The overall figure of cases dealt with
was as follows: Total 7st of these II
are on regular allowances; 16 received
the Christmas Gift only. There were
16 new cases.
Grants varied from £10 to £200,
They were for: Rent, Clothing, Coal,
Travelling Expenses. Telephone instal-
lation, Electricity & Gas Bills,
Furniture, HP Arrears and General
Needs.

The National Association for Employ-
ment of Ex Regulus placed l1
members of the Regiment in the
following positions and areas:

Nottingham: Driver. Driver PSV
Derby: Driver
Heating Engineer, TOP's Trainee
Preston: Postman
Northampton: Airship Ground Crew

General
The Committee wishes to thank our
Case Officers, the representatives of
SSAFA and of the Royal British
Legion; for numerous visits paid, to
solving many problems, giving much
needed support when necessary and
producing excellent case reports. The
Committee wish to record their thanks
to the Committees of several other
Regimental Associations and to the
RAC War Memorial Benevolent Fund
who have co-operated generously in
giving joint grants. Special thanks are
due to the Army Benevolent Fund
whose willing ctr-operation has enabled
us to provide assistance on a larger
scale when it was needed.
Finally, thanks are due to serving
and cit-members of the Regiment for
the very large number of covenanted
subscriptions which alone make the
work of the Association possible.
