Badminton
As the Regiment plays Badminton
throughout the year. we have plenty
of time to get a good team together for
matches played in the winter months.
Attendance went up to between 20 and
30 players, new players attaining quite
high standards by the end of the year.
The first competition that was entered
was the BAOR individual cornpetition.
Five of the Regimental players entered.
but had little success.
The second competition was the Inter
Div which the Regiment won 6—3

against 7 Armd Workshop. This was
the first time that the team had been
able to complete a competition due to
other commitments.
The last competition was the Divs.
This was entered with a weaker team
due to the Regimental move. However
the team put up a good fight against
the eventual Runners—Up in the first
round, but lost the match 5—4.
All in all, the best sensor: the Regi-
mental team has had. We hope to
improve the standard at Wimbish and
to have another good winter.
